The ideal candidate will be willing to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and programs.

The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.

Job Duties Include:

-Preparing and presenting sales quotes to clients
-Following up with clients
-Answering phones
-Faxing
-Managing e-mail communications
-Working closely with operations staff to finalize sales process
-Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings

-Scheduling travel arrangements for sales management

Job Requirements:

An ideal candidate will have some various form of medical sales experience (i.e. Pharma Rep, Equipment Sales, Implant Sales, ect) and understand the unique ability to interact with physicians, as well as other hospital and clinical related staff.
